Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer shipping services within Shivpuri town and its surrounding areas, covering a radius of 7 kilometers. At this time, we do not provide international shipping. For your convenience, there is no minimum order requirement for shipping. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 2 hours of delivery, and we will gladly accept a return and arrange for an exchange. In case of a damaged package, we will promptly exchange it for a fresh one. If you report a confirmed incident of a lost package, we will initiate a refund process within 7 days. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our valued customers. Any shipping outside 7kms from our location will take minimum 7-10 working days to get delivered.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we're here to assist you. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it. Customers can request cancellation and refund by calling our dedicated helpline number at +91 9754255717. For orders not delivered within 48 hours at PIN code 473551 or within 7 days for outstation orders, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within the initial 24-hour window will result in a 100% refund. After this period, a deduction of 2% will be levied on the order value. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card within 5-7 business days. Please note that personalized or custom-made items, as well as digital products that have been accessed, are non-refundable. Once a cancellation or refund request has been received, customers will be notified of the refund status via SMS and phone on their provided mobile number.
